The restaurant takes its name "Bouquet de Cosqueville" from the large Bouquet prawn which is fished off the local coast.
Grey and transparent when raw, this prawn turns a beautiful pink colour when cooked. Its large abdomen and soft shell cover a delicate, succulent flesh.

After such a meal, why not digest by taking a short walk down to the end of the road where you will find a small creek with colourfully painted boats.
This is a gastronomic stopover that you really cannot afford to miss, whether it be with friends or family.
